Terms & Conditions

Last updated 26 October 2026

1. About these terms

Welcome to KUUL

Welcome to KUUL. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, reservations and purchases.

KUUL is operated by KUUL Lifestyle Pty Ltd (ABN 85 703 560 909, ACN 703 560 909), an Australian registered company.

By using kuulchairs.com, shop.kuulchairs.com or placing a reservation or order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and availability

Products

KUUL sells ergonomic office chairs and related products.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing are accurate. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

Availability

Product availability is subject to stock, manufacturing and fulfilment arrangements. We will notify customers if we are unable to fulfil an order and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. KUUL Lifestyle Pty Ltd is registered for GST, and tax invoices are available on request.

The applicable product price, taxes and any delivery charges will be disclosed before you commit to payment.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout, including supported third-party payment providers.

Pricing errors

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order or reservation, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement, and you may cancel for a refund if you do not agree.

4. Founder reservations

How reservations work

KUUL may offer customers the opportunity to reserve chairs before general availability. The following conditions apply to our Founder Launch:

  • An A$10 reservation per chair is required.
  • Online Founder reservations are limited to three chairs per order.
  • The reservation secures the advertised Founder Price for the selected chair model and variant.
  • The reservation amount is credited towards the final purchase price.
  • A reservation does not mean the chair is immediately available for dispatch.
  • The remaining balance is debited automatically from the payment method used at checkout on 2 December 2026.

Cancellations

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund of the A$10 reservation amount up to 11:59pm AEDT on 1 December 2026.

After that time, the reservation amount is non-refundable and your reservation proceeds to purchase, with the remaining balance debited automatically on 2 December 2026.

If KUUL is unable to supply a reserved chair, we will notify you and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund.

5. Remaining balance payments

Your balance

The outstanding balance is calculated using the applicable reserved Founder Price, less the A$10 reservation already paid and any eligible discounts.

Any applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout and included in the remaining balance.

Completing your purchase

By placing a reservation, you authorise KUUL to debit the remaining balance from the payment method used at checkout on 2 December 2026, unless you cancel by 11:59pm AEDT on 1 December 2026.

If the payment fails, we will email you and you will have 7 days to complete payment. If payment is not received within that time, we may cancel your order, and the A$10 reservation amount is non-refundable.

6. Delivery and shipping

Where we deliver

Our initial Founder Launch is intended for delivery within Australia.

Expected delivery date

Estimated delivery for current Founder reservations is January–February 2027.

This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery timeframes may be affected by manufacturing, international freight, customs clearance and local transport arrangements.

KUUL will communicate significant changes to expected delivery timeframes and work with affected customers to provide an appropriate resolution.

For further information, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Voluntary returns

KUUL offers the following voluntary return options for eligible chair purchases:

  • 14-day comfort trial for eligible chairs.
  • 30-day unopened returns for eligible products.

Conditions, procedures and any applicable charges for these voluntary return options are explained in our published Returns & Refunds Policy.

Reservations and your rights

Founder reservations are refundable up to the cancellation cutoff described in Section 4.

These voluntary policies operate in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Consumer guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation where a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

9. Warranty and product support

Support

KUUL provides product warranty and after-sales support in accordance with the warranty terms applicable to your purchase.

Customers experiencing defects, damage or product issues should contact our support team with their order details and a description of the problem.

Any voluntary warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Promotional offers and referrals

Offers and codes

KUUL may offer promotional pricing, referral incentives or discount codes.

Such offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, conditions and validity periods.

Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

Referral rewards

Referral rewards and discounts are subject to verification and may only be applied to qualifying transactions.

For Founder reservations, eligible savings may be deducted from the remaining purchase balance in accordance with the relevant promotion.

KUUL may withdraw or amend future promotional offers, but this will not retrospectively remove a discount or benefit already validly earned under the applicable terms.

11. Customer responsibilities

When making a reservation or purchase, you agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

You are responsible for notifying KUUL of any relevant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Our liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, KUUL is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or are caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This does not exclude responsibility where KUUL is legally required to provide a remedy.

16. Changes to these terms

Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our products, services, business operations or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on our website.

Changes will not retrospectively remove existing statutory rights or alter an agreed reservation price without the customer’s consent.

17. Governing law
